This role is 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday most days will be 09:00- 17:30 with one day a week at 11:00 - 19:30 and is based out of our North Acton depo with occasional travel to our Central London office.

**Your Role**
As the first point of contact for technical support, you'll:

- Assist Stakeholders: Respond promptly to questions and concerns, ensuring seamless communication.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Investigate and fix software and hardware problems, guiding users step-by-step.
- Deploy Tech: Help deploy and maintain computer hardware and software, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Operate Securely: Learn the skills to operate securely across all our platforms.
- Maintain Devices:Perform routine maintenance and updates on company devices.
- Document Procedures: Keep technical documentation and procedures up-to-date.
- Collaborate:Work with Programme Managers, support partners, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Manage Databases & Orders: Maintain databases and manage orders for devices and SIM activations.

- Networking & Devices Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking, computers, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with Systems: Understanding of Android, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
