**Main Purpose**

To drive Le Creuset sales through partner online retail channels in line with Le Creuset brand values and visual merchandising guidelines, through effective digital product merchandising and integrated marketing initiatives

**Main Duties**
- Undertake regular trade partner site audits to check for product availability, pricing, product information, images and brand messaging
- Ensure the Le Creuset web content and images on trade partner transactional websites remains up-to-date and “on brand” at all times, to drive traffic and increase conversion. This will involve:
1. Uploading and maintaining website content

2. Maintenance of site merchandising

3. Develop relationships with key EMEA trade partners and provide necessary content/support
- Work with the sales teams and trade partners to identify and implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consumers within the Le Creuset product selection process
- Develop a report detailing trade partner site performance to highlight key achievements, improvements and performance
- Work with members of the sales teams to analyse trade partner site performance, user experience / customer journeys etc. and make recommendations to improve traffic, conversion and average transaction value
- Work with the sales team and assigned trade partners to develop profitable online programs including E-Commerce range planning, promotions, and merchandising solutions that benefit both the trade partner and Le Creuset, while continuously elevating the Le Creuset brand
- Ensure that Le Creuset online best practices are shared with trade partners where appropriate
- Support trade partner online marketing tactics and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition as advised by the appropriate account manager, and in liaison with the brand managers
- Update the sales and marketing teams on market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure that all Le Creuset communications on trade partner web sites are compliant from a brand team perspective
- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities
- Ensure that at all times you take care of your health and safety and that of others by complying with health and safety obligations, particularly by reporting promptly any defects, risks or potential hazards

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Experience**
- Experience in a similar role for a major E-Commerce website and/or an internship working with major retailers in an E-Commerce environment desired in the use of CMS website management systems

**Education / Qualifications**
- Education to Degree level
- Minimum of Maths and English to “A” Level

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Digital Awareness - appreciation of user-friendly design
- Understanding of mobile responsive design and changing consumer behaviour
- Microsoft Access, MS Dynamics “NAVISION” and basic knowledge of HTML
- Understanding of Amazon Vendor Central/AMS/A+ page creation
- Photoshop
- Microsoft platforms including Excel to Intermediate skill level (VLOOKUP ability)
