**What you will be doing during the program**:

- Supporting the HR team, with the evolvement and improvement of policies, processes, systems, initiatives, and employee communications.
- Managing employee relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations.
- Analysing reporting data for trends and making suitable recommendations to the department and wider stakeholders.
- Internal communications strategy and execution through** **collaborating with the external affairs team to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies. Lead the deployment of Microsoft Sway for engaging and visually appealing communications.
- Assist the program coordinator in managing the UK&I Graduate program.
- Support onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition (TA) to facilitate recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with external providers to organise webinars on financial and wellbeing support.
- Handling day-to-day employee inquiries related to ER matters. Assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and employee resource groups to foster a positive organizational culture. Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Sway).
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English.
- Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.
- Relevant work experience by the way of placement would be highly desirable.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR team.
