Appointment Setter

To phone call potential clients and arrange secure appointments for the company’s field-based Consultants to visit the clients in their home and offer them a free no obligation consultation and quotation for a wide variety of home improvements. You will need to be able to build rapport with existing and potential customers and qualifying which company products are suitable

This role does not involve cold calling all the leads are warm and friendly and they have made an enquiry so they usually want to engage to fulfil a need. We do not do pressure sales

To realise the full potential of the enquiries using an adaptable in approach to different lead sources and different types of consumers. Following up calls within expected timeframes and organising call backs at appropriate times. Revisiting past enquiries on a rotational basis and reaching out to existing customers with new products and following up direct marketing campaigns.

Our successful applicants come from all walks of life so although call centre or telesales experience would be ideal people who are confident on the phone will be considered.

Organising lead and diary information efficiently and effectively and maintaining accurate records, allocating appointments in an efficient manner and explaining the company and product benefit

To represent the company professionally and explain our offer including basic product knowledge across the spectrum in a clear and eloquent manner.

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- appropriate and relevant computer skills using MS Office and Google Docs
- A positive team player attitude but able to be self motivated and work from home

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday - shift patterns covering 6 hours daily (30 hours)

Weekends - shift patterns covering a further 8 hours (overtime available)

**Salary**:
Basic salary plus performance related commission based on number of secure appointments booked.

Starting salary of £19,000 for the first 3 months plus uncapped commission of depending on performance, realistic OTE of £30k
