Transport Admin Clerk

We are currently recruiting for fulltime permanent Transport Admin Clerks to join our B&Q team, in Cambuslang. You will be working 40 hours a week, on rotation of any 5 from 7 days.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Assisting in compilation of weekly transport data
- Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site and be a part of the team that is responsible for vehicle administration
- Support the transport operation in strict adherence to company processes and current legislation in relation to Operator licensing Health and Safety requirements
- Managing customer service both internally and externally

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Prior experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, would be desirable
- Payroll experience would be desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written English
- A good understanding of Tachograph compliance and WTD
