**The Operations Administrator Role**

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for assisting several departments within the organisation on a variety of tasks.

Duties will include:

- Working alongside the HR, Health & Safety and Operations Managers providing day to day administrative support.
- Updating in-house systems and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Ensuring electronic and manual filing systems are up-to-date.
- Extracting information from in-house systems and transferring to MS Excel.
- Recruitment and onboarding administration.
- Front of house reception cover as required.
- Ordering of stationary and other equipment as needed.
- Organisation transport for visitors or staff when required.
- Booking accommodation for installation crews when required.

**About You**

As the Operations Administrator, you will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy environment. With at least 1 years’ experience in an administration role, you should be confident working independently or as part of a team.

Other requirements will include:

- Excellent Microsoft skills, particularly Excel
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Be a strong team player.
