Working for an international distribution and consumer goods company this role will see you being the UK Head of Marketing, reporting to the UK Managing Director.

They offer hybrid working and with significant growth throughout the pandemic, they have just had one of their most successful years.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the UK Marketing Team.
- Working with the executive team you will plan and execute the marketing strategy for the organisation as well as own a substantial marketing budget.
- Responsible for Product and brand management of a range of exclusive products that they offer and create.
- Be responsible for strategy around new product launches and routes to market. Including raising brand awareness via events and conferences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and develop ongoing strategies to continually maximise revenue.
- Continually review changes to the market, research demand for products and consumer trends and feedback to commercial functions and adjust marketing plans if needed.

About you:

- You will have experience within a CPG/FMCG or Retailer working at a senior level within a marketing function.
- Have proven experience in embedding a leading a growing marketing function.
- Strong knowledge across all marketing channels and ideally worked in a brand-focused role.
