**Product Specialist - UK/Europe - Full Time**

As a Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, having ownership of Odin Vision’s medical devices.

The Product Specialist represents Odin Vision and the users of the product. Making sure there is a maximum return on investment and communication of feedback on the product features.

You will receive training on the use of artificial intelligence to better detect the early stages of digestive cancer. You will be responsible for the in-life management of a number of products including our flagship product CADDIE.

You will work with Operations and Medical Affairs to support the use, installation and gather clinical evidence for product performance and post-market monitoring of Odin Vision’s medical devices. You will work with the Quality, Operations and Product team to maintain technical documentation and clinical support for the medical devices.

You will work with the Product Team to complete technical documentation in line with regulatory standards to implement important design changes for the medical devices on the market. You will be required to gain an understanding of the medical devices and the market, their development and their use in clinical practice.

You will plan and help perform installations of medical devices in hospitals around the UK, Europe and North America and work alongside our operations team and medical affairs to maintain customer relations and actively seek feedback.

The role is home-based and will require the successful applicant to travel to hospitals to install equipment, provide onboarding and training.

A clean drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for travel and an enthusiasm for improving patient care

**What you'll do**:

- Provide onboarding and training to new and existing customers and clinical collaborators
- Maintain customer engagement and deeply understand customer needs
- Manage the CRM
- Work closely with Medical Affairs to plan installations for clinical trials in the UK, Europe and North America.
- Manage and document the design change process
- Support customer queries around installation and troubleshooting
- Planning and Installation of medical devices in endoscopy suites in UK, European and North American hospitals
- Monitor and record customer complaints in conjunction with the Operations team ensuring appropriate and timely communication back to the customer
- Proactively seeking customer feedback and post-market surveillance
- Management of customers and monitoring feedback
- Taking part in internal and external audits
- Providing internal and external training
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Implementation of the company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelors degree in a medical field is preferred
- Registered Nurse desirable for the role
- Full clean driving licence

**Experience**
- 3 years experience in a customer facing role

**Travel**

You will be required to travel on a daily to weekly basis. You will be required to attend meetings, installation and attend exhibitions and conferences which may necessitate overnight stays.
