**Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join a well-established Sustainability & Engineering Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK recognised Energy & Sustainability specialist where you will be provided with theopportunity for regular career growth and professional training.

The successful Sustainability Consultant will have:

- An Engineering, Sustainability or Built Environment related MSc
- Knowledge of preparing climate action plans or net zero strategies
- Exceptional knowledge of the UK construction market
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience generating BREEAM, LEED and WELL assessments
- Exceptional project management skills with a grasp on budgets and costing

The successful Sustainability Consultant will:

- Manage building environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, LEED)
- Regularly maintain relevant knowledge of low carbon technologies
- Maintain excellent client facing relationship skills and provide regular design advice
- Produce data analysis and client presentations
- Develop strategies for Net zero carbon
