Sales Manager (House builders and Developers)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Jewson as a Sales Manager, in this newly created role you will be focused on developing our Local house builders and developers segment to increase market share.

This role is home based with travel required

Some key duties you'll undertake as Sales Manager include

**Responsibilities**
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
- Define the Local Housebuilder & Developer customer proposition
- Develop and implement plans to execute the proposition
- Define sales skill set required for this customer type and implement training/recruitment plans
- Determine realistic but ambitious growth targets and KPIs to assess progress
- Design sales processes which are followed to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Engage senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate resources are allocated
- Monitor and analyse trends and update proposition accordingly

A great Sales Manager will be proactive and strategic. In this role you will be liaising with various internal and external stakeholders so we need someone who is confident at presenting information and building rapport.

To be suitable for the Sales Manager role there are some key skills and qualifications we need you to have:

- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused mind-set
- Sales experience and capabilities
