**Vision for Education are working with schools across Oldham to find excellent Teaching Assistants.**About the role**:
As an engaging and caring Teaching Assistant you will provide educational support to students aged 11-16 years.

The successful Teaching Assistant will support students generally within the classroom and may be required to support students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.

You will play a vital role in improving students learning outcomes and will be an advocate of the schools behaviour for learning policy, ensuring that students adhere to this.

A good level of Maths and English is required for this role.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be expertly supported by the fantastic staff that work in the schools but also by dedicated and experienced consultants who are there to support your needs throughout your journey as a Teaching Assistant.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:

- Must have GCSE Maths and English to level 4 (grade C)
- Relevant experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Have proof of right to work in the UK

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
