Production Trainer

**About The Role**:
**FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS**

**Pay: £581.75 per week**

**Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday 06:00 - 14:00**

**So what’s the job all about?**
- They are responsible for conducting inductions for all new starters to the business and delivering all SOP/SSOW training across all bakeries operational areas.
- They respond to requests and conduct competency assessments and sign off for process training for all colleagues
- They deliver amendment training because of changes to procedures and support to new starters to assist their transition into the business
