**My client is a world-leading design, engineering and project-management consultancy and they are looking for an additional Document Controller to support their transport and infrastructure projects.**:
**Job Overview: Document Controller**
- You will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient administration of our electronic Document Management System (EDMS) from project initiation to completion.
- You will support all life cycle changes to operational/projects documentation and drawings; from bulk uploads to document creation, to review, to issue, to archiving.
- Maintenance of project trackers.
- Process incoming and outgoing documentation
- Compiling the required information to enable you to complete the necessary project documentation such as document control for new projects.
**To succeed in this this role, you will need**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ previous document management experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- A hand-on and proactive approach.
- To be capable of maintaining attention to detail in your work.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong & diligent work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- You must have a flexible “can do” attitude.
To be commutable to the office, you will live in or near one of the following locations: Mitcham, Bromley, Orpington, Caterham, Sutton or Croydon
