Ark Globe Academy is a mixed, all-through school, serving pupils aged 4-18 from the local community of Elephant & Castle. We have the highest aspirations for all our children to ensure they are prepared for university and inspired to be leaders in their community. **The opportunity**:
The exciting opportunity, ideal for an aspiring pastoral senior leader, is a key role within the academy. The Dean of Students is responsible for day-to-day behaviour management within the small school. The role will work alongside the Assistant Principal to ensure that pastoral needs for students in their small school are met, including, working with students, parents and stakeholders alike.
