**The Role**:
As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensuring best practice in Customer Service processes and adherence, internal processes, customer liaison and administration in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all Customer Service processes are documented and always up to date.
- Building relationships with customers as well as internal departments and colleagues.
- Following documented processes, and liaising with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Organising and communicating changes of delivery dates to all relevant personnel.
- Approaching all new and changes to the current processes & procedures with a positive attitude.
- Ensuring that the delivery schedules and production lists are up to date.
- Organising remedial actions to facilitate customer satisfaction.
**What kind of person are we looking for?**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good handwriting and note taking.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Self-driven but can also work as part of a wider team.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Confident phone skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- IT experience essential (Word, Excel etc).
**What can we offer you?**
