Key skills/areas of competence:

- Advisory experience (5yrs+) gained with a reputable Accounting firm or boutique Restructuring & Insolvency firm
- Functional expertise across a full complement of financial advisory, to include:

- **Financial Restructuring**:

- **Strategic options analysis**:

- **Distressed M&A**:

- **Independent Business Reviews (IBR)**:

- **Exit Management**:

- **Formal Insolvency**

My client is well regarded for their ability to work shoulder-to-shoulder with their clients. They are therefore looking for Consultants with:

- **Proven stakeholder management skills**:

- **Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects and workstreams**:

- **Proven 'hands-on’ experience in working with clients in Crisis, Distressed M&A, Restructuring, and Turnaround scenarios**

Qualifications required:

- **Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) - Essential**:

- **Insolvency Qualifications (CPI/JIEB) - Highly desirable**
