X7 Welders

Dayshift and Nightshift available with pay rates £13 - £14.60 day shift and £17 - £19.47 nightshift Based in Bishop Auckland

The Role:

- Following engineering and technical drawings
- Fabrication work and preparation of mild and stainless steel products ,
- Cutting, burning, dressing, grinding of a variety of materials
- Mainly MIG welding of mild steel / some stainless but predominantly mild steel products
- Working with gauges between 5m to 3m
- Fabrication including cutting, cleaning, and preparation of products prior to welding
- Heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, transporting around the factory
- Inspecting the quality of all products, prior to sending them to the next section.

The Person:

- Someone with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work to necessary Health & Safety Regulations
- Be willing to participate in training and development
- Ideally experience using steel saws / painting machines
