Key responsibilities of the Front of House Host include providing outstanding customer care by warmly welcoming visitors, informing them about available booking slots and shop hours, and supporting the day-to-day operations in collaboration with other teams. You will also play a role in implementing the building's emergency procedures and actively champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in all interactions with visitors.

To excel in this role, essential qualities include an empathetic and generous approach, a proactive and positive team spirit, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to representing and including individuals from diverse backgrounds. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Desirable qualifications include previous customer-facing experience, familiarity with Health & Safety regulations, practical knowledge of policies and procedures related to safety, first aid training, and proficiency in additional languages such as British Sign Language (BSL).

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
