Are you a Process Operational Manager looking for a new challenge?

**What you will be doing**:

- Facilities Asset management & maintenance scheduling
- Analysis of manufacturing maintenance processes and identify productivity opportunities
- Customer engagement to schedule key maintenance activities and minimising production downtime.
- Capture, prioritise and escalate process improvement feedback (issues, lessons learned) to the Process Management Team.
- Deploy the process within customer location, through a robust link to local Process Operational Managers.
- Actively support the Process Management Team in defining and improving the process, based on operational feedback.
- Process deployment resourcing planning.
- Provide local inputs for Risk mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model and process referential documentation Key milestones Key milestones of the Project.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Educated to degree (or higher) level in Manufacturing Engineering
- Project management experience
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced in LEAN manufacturing principles
- Experience in anticipating risk for example with new designs and processes
- Knowledge and/or experience of the relevant Regulations and Standards relating to the workplace

**If would be great if you had**:

- Previous experience of working in an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering environment.
- Experience of Aerospace / Airframe manufacturing processes
- Experience in Asset management & maintenance scheduling

**You must be able to prove your right to live and work in the UK without visa dependency. Indefinite Leave to Remain is acceptable. Occasional travel may be required within Europe.**

We operate a hybrid working principle, so the role could partially be worked from UK home as well as being delivered on Client and CIMPA sites, with regular visits to site as needed. Travel may be required.
