**Overview**:
We offer support to leave the streets and engage with health and social care services. We run an assertive outreach service and a building based, multi-agency drop in, where a large variety of health and social care services are available for homeless people.
**Responsibilities**:
Part Time work may include shifts on the street with other outreach workers and/or hotspot shifts with partners from the police and council workers as well as, mental health, physical health and substance misuse services. offering assessment and key working to our homeless clients. Hours and days worked can vary shifts will be 6 hours, over a 6 day rota, Timetables can be negotiated once a post has been offered.
