Our clients a well-established, multi-branch estate agency that believes in providing their very best to their staff and giving back to the community are currently looking for an individual to join their team as a Senior Floating Branch Manager.

This position will require travel therefore it's essential to have a full UK driving licence.

**The Senior Branch Manager salary package**:

- £31,000 basic salary
- £70,000 OTE
- 3-month guarantee
- Structured career possession

- 33 days holiday with your birthday off
- Company rewards and incentives

**Working Hours**:
As a Senior Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (rota)

**Senior Branch Manager requirements**:

- Results-driven individual
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Full Driving Licence
- Hard-working and focused

**Duties of a Senior Branch Manager will include, but are not limited to**:

- Covering branches/offices as required and managing the day-to-day running of these offices
- Maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
- Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
- Managing, motivating and developing a team
- Listing and selling properties
- Ensuring business is compliant
