Taylor Blackwood Associates are recruiting a Steel Operator for our client near the Cannock area.

Duties include;
- Working on the back end of steel machining lines, e.g. Slitters
- Banding up of processed steel
- Operating overhead cranes and counterbalance forklift trucks

This role is for a day shift, Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm.

The total hours is 40 hours per week but there is overtime daily with a shift allowance

Rate of pay £10.50+, Initially this is Temp ongoing position, however after 13 weeks there is an opportunity to be taken on permanently by our client.

- Cannock, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
