Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage financial transactions and records
- Prepare and issue agendas, draft documents and minutes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial databases
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with councillors, contractors, stakeholders, community to provide guidance and support
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Word, Excel
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working with computerized accounting systems
- Knowledge of office and clerical procedures
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with phone etiquette.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.63-£13.73 per hour

Expected hours: 3.23 per week
