**Rate**:£19.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to start work on a large restoration of a listed building in Brewood, Staffordshire. **Details include**
- Preparation works.
- Sanding and stripping paint.
- Restoration works.
- Emulsion and gloss work.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Full PPE Own vehicle and tools preferred.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
