Here at GXO Willand, we’re looking for Van Drivers to join our team on day shift, working in partnership with our customer, Costa Coffee. From their first roastery opening in London in 1971 to being voted the UK’s Favourite Coffee Shop for 12 years in arow, your deliveries will help ensure Costa Coffee continues to inspire the world to love great coffee - serving more coffee, to more people, more often.

You will be working an any 5 days out of 8 shift pattern therefore flexibility is essential. Please note that for the next few months, this role will be based out of our Barton Business Park Depot in Exter, EX5 1SB.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,998.26 per annum plus £1050.79 keyholder allowance per annum.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Delivery by tote/sack barrow into store (stock put away if no staff on site)
- Get involved in risk assessment activity for sites and delivery locations
- Complete up to 20 drops per day, ensuring the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- A full UK driving licence
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
