**Receptionist x2 (Part-Time / Job Share)**

Here at Facultatieve Technologies we have 2 openings for receptions, this will be a job share situation working either mornings 08:00 - 12:30 or afternoons 12:30 - 17:00.

At FT we’re a friendly and welcoming bunch, you’ll be made to feel at home from the moment you join. With your professional and friendly communication you will be the first and last person our visitors will see, so it’s essential that you’re comfortable working front of house.

Whilst the role is working on reception, you will also undertake a series of general administration duties, so you will need to be computer literate _(Microsoft packages inc - word, excel & powerpoint)_.

These are ideal opportunities for someone who may need a part-time role to work around a personal situation, or someone semi-retired that would like to have a work / life balance. Whilst the roles are mornings and afternoons, once both roles are recruited, we’re happy for the new members of the FT family to coordinator between each other. The role will include occasional overtime to help with covering holidays and sickness.

**Duties**:

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Managing the visitor booking in system
- General administration
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- General front of house duties

**Requirements**:

- IT literate (Microsoft packages)
- Professional and friendly communication
- Previous reception experience would be advantageous (but not essential)
- Customer service experience (essential)
