Beechcroft care homes are a group of 3 Residential homes all rated Good with CQC and based in the heart of Babbacombe in Torquay, we are looking for Night Care Assistants to join our night team in Choice Residential Home.

About the role:

- Permanent role
- 2 to 4 nights per week.
- 8 pm to 8 am
- Supporting residents with a range of nighttime activities including personal care, toileting, and ensuring that all call bells are answered promptly throughout the night.
- A kind and caring nature
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

About the company
- When you start you will complete Induction shifts with an experienced member of staff
- Full induction training given
- Ongoing training and support including NVQ's.
