**Purpose of the position**

- Technical Skills: Confident in using the Adobe Suite, especially Premier Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

**Role, Responsibilities, and tasks.**
- Pre-Production:

- Concept Creation based on a brief
- Creation of Scripts, Storyboards, and Shot Lists
- Production:

- Second shooter (assistant)
- Shooting on your own
- Liaising with clients on set
- Directing talents
- Post-Production:

- Editing following a brief
- Finding relevant music
- Creating final videos
- Capturing/importing media
- Organising raw media
- Editing footage and sound files
- Creating and inserting static and motion graphics
- Titling
- Adding voice-over/sfx
- Media management
- Archiving project media
- Research:

- Analysing videos from different industries for improvement.

**Experience/ skills required**
- We expect you to have several years of experience in a similar producer or videographer role.
- You would need to be a driver due to the office location and working on-site.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in videography and, ideally, photography and some hands-on experience.
- A portfolio is essential.
- Experience working with commercial video production software, including Adobe Premier Pro and Affect Effects.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
- Some experience in motion graphics, interactive video and basic audio is preferable but training will be available.
- Proven experience in creating ideas for video content.
- Experience creating for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
- Time Management Skills - Ability to support and control many activities, handle multiple tasks and accounts, prioritise tasks, and negotiate deadlines.
- Proven communication and presentation skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creativity and imagination.
- Initiative.
- Comfortable working productively across multiple in-house teams.
- Comfortable working core hours, 9 am - 5 pm, but flexibility is sometimes required outside these hours.
- You will frequently be required to drive to various locations from the office to fulfil the role.

**Salary**

£25,000-£30,000, depending on experience and knowledge.

**Salary cont.**

Relevant qualification and portfolio OR a strong portfolio

Degree level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent years experience, ability to provide evidence of a strong and varied portfolio.
