We’re looking for experienced Waiting Staff who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, professional in their demeanour, and who enjoy interacting with customers. This role is essential to a customer’s experience; being friendly, patient, and able to cater to their needs is necessary to succeed in this role.

Salary**: £10.42 per hour (PLUS holiday pay)**

**Role responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and introduce menus and dishes.
- Take orders and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Adhere to food and health standards.
- Identify special dietary needs.
- Process payments.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure that the service runs smoothly.
- Responsible for delivering professional customer service to all guests.
- Responsible for cleanliness within your working environment.
- Assisting with preparation prior to service beginning.
- Serve and clear food and beverage in a polite and efficient manner.
- Report on duty properly dressed and well groomed.
- Clear and clean tables.
- Always have a positive can-do attitude.
- **Adhere to the dress standards expected from your employer.** If in doubt, dress to impress (think black shoes, black trousers and white shirt).
