Maris Subsea is a leading supplier of High Quality, Specialist, Subsea-oriented Personnel to Energy markets Worldwide. We specialise in the supply of Client Reps, ROV, Hydrographic Survey and 3.4u Inspection Personnel.

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work on our_ **Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)**_ desk in Forres with occasional trips to our head office in Aberdeen and to meet clients which are mainly based in Aberdeen.

This role is full time working 5 days a week in our office based in Forres.

Salary will be based on experience and we do give yearly performance based bonus.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain regular contact with assignees to ensure satisfaction with service provided, recording feedback and passing any non-conformances on to Managing Director.
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided, recording feedback and passing any non-conformances on to Managing Director.
- Ensure that work performed by allocated employees has been carried out adequately to customer’s satisfaction.
- Ensure that the most appropriate search and selection resource(s) are selected to meet the needs of the business.
- Ensure that assignees have been properly inducted and given suitable job briefings prior to any work assignment.
- Ensure that logístical information for personnel is maintained, as and when required.
- Ensure that all documentation necessary for the contractor to carry out work tasks has been completed in accordance with the Integrated Management System.
- Assist in the review and seek confirmation of authorisation to meet the Company timesheet process.
- Assist with all other varied tasks and responsibilities within BU and provide cover for other Trainee/Senior/Recruitment Specialists in their absence.
- Participate in all required Company and Customer Quality and Safety initiatives and Goals
- Maximise the profitability of Maris by capitalising on sales opportunities through either converting business directly or passing such opportunities to Managing Director or the General Operations Manager.
- Provide statistical data and reporting of Business to Recruitment Manager as requested.
- Attend Monthly Team Meetings and other Team, Business Unit or wider meetings as/when required. This may require the production of related reports or similar information.
- Carry out any specific Accident / Incident Reporting duties as per the requirements of Maris Incident Reporting and Investigation procedure in accordance with Integrated Management System.
- Undertake any and all training courses identified as essential to their function. These courses may be as a result of internal systems development OR external legislative requirements.
- Ensure you are fully aware of all aspects and procedures within the Integrated Management System and subsequent updates.
- Carry out any specific Emergency Response duties in accordance with Maris Emergency Response Team Responsibilities and the Maris Emergency Response Manual
- Fully support all aspects of the Group Core Values at all times.

**Essential Technical Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages inc. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of maintaining a database
- Experience of using LinkedIn

- Excellent Customer Service Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
