We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our expanding Service Delivery Team within our relaxed and friendly office in Corby. You will be working closely with our customers providing excellent customer service on a daily basis in a varied and growing role. Axil is looking for someone that has had previous experience in a similar role.

**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders to completion by matching the data supplied by vendors
- Processing invoices from vendors to match our records and approve for payment
- To proactively contacting vendors to retrieve their collection data
- Co-ordinate with internal stake holders to ensure accuracy
- Invoicing customers
- Checking vendor compliance
- To produce reports and correspondence as required.
- To answer incoming calls if all the customer services are engaged

**Experience required**:

- Data entry experience
- Administration experience
- Experience with invoicing administration is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is preferred

**Hours of work**:

- Monday - Friday, predominantly 9am - 5pm
