**We're looking for a Retail Administrative Support Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract (June 2024 - May 2025) to join our team supporting the South Coast, West Country & Bristol& M5 regions**:
**Are you ready to take on a dynamic role providing administrative support?**:
**If so, we want to hear from you**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support data collation and presentation preparation, cooperating with information returns.
- Act as a point of contact for meetings and events, providing technical support.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, supporting areas outside of the reporting line.
- Manage GSM holiday schedules, time-off requests, and handle day-to-day people administration.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Perform tasks as a Senior Director Proxy
- Support meetings, events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
