Full-time position, Monday to Thursday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, and one in three Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- What will you be doing?_

As a Valuation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting property valuations in the local area
- Cultivating strong relationships with vendors
- Advising clients on optimal pricing strategies
- Converting valuations into instructions
- Managing contracts and ensuring legal compliance
- Accurate property listings and details
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
- Informing vendors about additional services
- Generating new and repeat business
- Crafting property descriptions, brochures, and floorplans
- Key Requirements _
- 12 months industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and organized
- Strong negotiation skills
- Adaptable and driven to meet or exceed targets
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Local area knowledge
- Industry-related professional qualification (e.g., RICS, NAEA, or NFOPP) is advantageous
