Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to come and define strategies and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and build brand awareness. If you are someone who enjoys the challenge or strategic problem solving to find efficient and effective solutions to communication, then this could be the role for you.
This role will involve taking lead in the delivery of full mix digital marketing campaigns, contributing to projects as well as developing relevant in-house capability and influencing the overarching digital strategy.
We know flexibility is important to people and at MPS we want you to have the best work-life balance possible. This role has a blend of home and office-based working, to suit you and the needs of the business which is typically 2 days per week on-site.
- This position is a fixed term contract for 15months with the potential to go permanent following this period._
**As the new Digital Communications Lead, you will also**:
- Optimise MPSs websites to improve engagement and conversion.
- Recommend strategies to drive online traffic and create goals and benchmarks to meet to support ofMPSs vision as most trusted and valued.
- Monitor and build knowledge of web-based trends, ensuring MPS is adopting new digital marketing techniques and technologies to remain current and to drive awareness.
- Champion best practice for SEO and SEM.
- Analyse traffic sources through tracking and analytics to keep improving digital marketing effectiveness.
- Design and develop digital aspects of integrated marketing campaigns to support delivery of segment and country specific marketing acquisition, engagement and retention targets.
- Evaluate and implement new methods of engaging with members through e-communications based on channel choice and member insight.
- Work closely with the Social Media Executive to ensure all communication and engagement opportunities are maximised across channels to achieve campaign income and volume targets.
- Provide digital expertise and implement tracking solutions for MPSs strategic member facing digital projects.
**We are looking for**:
- Experience in in website management, product, marketing or e-commerce.
- Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy campaigns.
- Experience in analytics and reporting.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Able to work with autonomy.
- Proven to have good stakeholder management.
