**Part Time Administrator | Permanent Role | £11.80 per hour - 25 hours per week| 7.30 am - 12.30 Monday to Friday**

Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a valued client based close to Spitfire Island - Castle Bromwich. This is a super opportunity to join a well established company in a friendly, hardworking team.

**The Job Role**:
You will be working in a busy sales office, your role will mean you are responsible for the admin on various types of accounts. You will be:

- Processing Customers orders
- Liaison with the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition of orders to dispatch which will involve all stages to complete the order
- updating customers on orders
- Keeping good records on the CRM database
- Working as part of a team
- All associated administration as required

**Skills Required**:

- Highly organised able to work on own initiative
- Able to communicate with customers at all levels
- Must be able to manage their own work load, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Flexible attitude - needs to work as part of a team.
- High level of excel skills including Functions - V look ups, Mids, manipulating spreadsheets from client portals.
- Previous Sales Administrator roles preferred.

Your role will be varied and challenging at times, you will be required to meet customers lead times and manage your workload around this.

Whilst the above will be your role you will be working as part of a team with a fantastic culture, we are one office and between us we get everything done.

£15,350 per annum (£11.80 per hour)

7.30 am to 12.30 pm Monday to Friday - 25 hours per week.

25 days holiday per year + 8 Bank holidays

3 months probationary period
