- Oversee and manage daily operations within the bistro
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees
- Supervise staff to ensure quality customer service and adherence to food safety standards
- Assist in the training and development of team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner

- Strong background in restaurant operations
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
