**Human Resources Officer - Fleet (Hants)**

Working in partnership with key stakeholders, as part of a growing and ambitious company, the Human Resources Advisor will deliver a range of solutions to our colleagues. You will use your knowledge and experience to deliver insight, advice, guidance and practical support to ensure business areas successfully deliver their people strategies.

You will be central to the roll-out and daily implementation of policies, processes people initiatives and insights that will underpin our organisation. We are ideally looking for someone to join us on a reduced hours contract, working 27-32 hours a week, however will also consider full time hours for the right applicant.

You will need to be able to work with HR systems and data and be able to manage your workload independently, working closely with internal stakeholders and partners to meet their needs, prioritising activities appropriately.

**Responsibilities**
- Manages, provides and deploys process and policy for staff, including employee documentation and records.
- Protects the business on legal/HR issues, provides excellence in resolving concerns for Managers and staff.
- Collaborates with HR and Talent Lead in relation to employee lifecycle, talent development, recruitment and retention
- Ensures compliance of policies and procedures in partnership with Line Managers and Directors
- Offers excellent advice on best practice solutions to generalist HR issues
- Full cycle case management of employee matters, including disciplinary, absence, maternity/paternity etc
- Manages the HRIS, including input and reports on HR data, audit and quality checks
- Employee offboarding and exit process
- Executive of appraisal and review process
- Creates and improves strong relationships, supporting a culture of friendliness, professionalism and strong working values

**Qualifications**
- Excellent standards in relevant qualifications, including Maths, English (Native) and business/HR
- CIPD level 3 qualified minimum and experience as the main/sole HR generalist

**Experience required**:

- Proven experience in a small, busy team or sole HR role
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively
