**Description**:

- A member of the Business Services team who is responsible for providing a range of administrative support within and across safeguarding administration services. Including taking notes or formal minutes at meetings where there is a statutory or legal requirementto document.
- To be able to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge, information, and experience with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
- Data entry to maintain or create spreadsheets and databases for the purpose of gathering statistics or record keeping.

**What is required?**
- Demonstrable experience of using administrative systems and practices
- Good general knowledge of IT software and related systems/procedures
- Competent note taking skills (electronic)
