**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be proactive in ensuring standards are maintained to the specified level.
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our client’s team and our operational cleaning team.
- Ensure all delegated Reactive cleaning work orders are completed within the contract-defined time SLA’s & KPI’s.
- To provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
- Any ad-hoc required cleaning duties.
- To provide any additional support for our Cleaning Operations Team.
- To support the Cleaning Operations Management Team with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- To be proactive in ensuring standards are maintained to the specified level.
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our client’s team and our operational cleaning team.
- Care of the vehicle and equipment provided to you to undertake the role.

**About you**:

- This role is a mobile role - you will be travelling between sites - you must have a full UK driving License and be willing to travel between sites.
- Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
