**Position**: Hostess - Blue Chip Client Services
**Location**: Cardiff, United Kingdom
**Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £13.50 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet Blue Chip clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide a personalized and premium guest experience, ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage guest arrivals, scheduling, and check-ins with a high level of attention to detail.
- Coordinate meeting and conference room reservations for Blue Chip clients.
- Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and concierge services to create a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of client visits.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven customer service experience.
- Expertise in dealing with Blue Chip clients or high-profile guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage guest arrivals and scheduling.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Proficient in managing reservations and coordinating meeting spaces.
- Professional presentation and a welcoming attitude.
