**What you'll be doing**
- The Supply Chain Lead is responsible for overseeing supply chain execution and ensuring the smooth running of Genomics’ day-to-day supply chain activities. You will manage third party operations, ensuring that materials management, production, distribution and transportation processes are effective and efficient.

It is a hands on role and you will utilise Genomics’ supply chain control tower and other data sources to detect bottlenecks and potential issues, taking actions to resolve those issues and mitigate risks. You will analyse data and implement strategies to optimise Genomics’ supply chain assets, control costs and to deliver products and services on time and to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key point of contact for third party suppliers
- Ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring availability of materials, capacity and resources to achieve delivery goals whilst managing costs
- Specify requirements and source materials and services in collaboration with relevant technical experts
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and influence decisions

**Requirements**:

- Life science or healthcare industry experience
- Management of third party operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to ensure that operational controls are in place and met
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
