Greenwich, United Kingdom Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Due to the expansion of our service, we are seeking to recruit three Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our dynamic and diverse Step-2 Team.

We are seeking motivated Psychological Well-Being Practitioners to join our well established and highly valued PWP team. The team comprises a PWP team lead, two senior PWPs, qualified PWPs, and trainee PWPs. The high-profile team contributes to improving the quality of care and quality of life for people with mild to moderate mental health problems and also raise awareness of mental health across the borough.

As a fully integrated team within the wider IAPT team at Greenwich Time to Talk our PWPs are involved in all aspects of service delivery and development. PWPs are given the opportunity to be involved in special interest groups, outreach and staff wellbeing initiatives.

Our PWPs offer a full range of step-2 interventions offering sessions face to face, via telephone and video call, in group settings and using online cCBT platforms.

Greenwich Time To Talk is the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service in the borough of Greenwich. We opened in 2009. We deliver a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and counselling based psychological interventions through a stepped care treatment model to people with common mental health problems such as anxiety or depression.
