**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Maintenance**:

- Keep the site clean and tidy at all times.
- Remove debris, waste, and hazardous materials from the work area.
- Ensure walkways are clear and free of obstacles.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Move materials to designated areas.
- **Driving Duties**:

- Drive the company van for material and equipment transport as needed.
- Ensure all transported items are secure and handled with care.
- Maintain a clean driving record
- **General Assistance**:

- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
