**About us**

GRB Fencing Ltd is a fencing installation company, based in our new retail yard in Harefield. We specialise in erecting all timber and metal fencing, gates, hoarding (domestic and commercial) and much more. We are looking for a collaborative, skilled, dedicated team player to grow our fencing installation teams. An experienced fencer, physically fit, who takes pride in their work, provides a high level of customer service on all jobs and is keen to aid GRB fencing in continuing our growth and company expansion is what we are looking for. Pay is competitive and based on experience and ability, and financial incentives are available. A driving licence and CSCS card are preferable, H&S understanding and adherence are vital, and the ability to understand and work from construction drawing is required. Areas covered include West London, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and all surrounding areas.

**Duties**:

- Install and repair various types of fences, including chain-link, timber, and metal
- Measure and mark fence lines and post locations
- Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment
- Set posts in concrete or other materials to secure them in place
- Attach fence panels or pickets to posts using nails, screws, or other fasteners
- Cut and shape materials to fit specific dimensions using hand or power tools
- Install gates, hinges, latches, and other hardware as needed
- Ensure fences are level, straight, and properly aligned, completed to the highest standard
- Repair or replace damaged or worn parts of fences
- Provide industry-leading customer service to all clients
- Strive for perfection with all fence installations, in line with GRB's standards
- Staff are required to dress presentably and wear the GRB uniform at all time
- Ideal_ experience, but _not_ mandatory for **Fencing** **Labourer** role:

- Previous experience in fence installation or related landscaping work
- Experience in fence installation, a basic understanding of various fencing types, materials, and construction techniques
- Some knowledge of fencing materials and erection is required, such as interpreting fence schematics, preparing and setting posts, assembling rails and panels, and ensuring precise alignment
- Experience in, or ability to train and learn in using the necessary tools and equipment, with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Motivation to learn to resolve fencing-related problem-solving abilities, have attention to detail, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team is crucial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £100.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
