Care Assistant

We are looking for experienced Care Assistants for a.

Our clients range from supported living units for service users with mental health disorders to nursing and residential homes for patients with Dementia and other age-related illnesses.

This particular home requires care assistants to work with residents with Dementia and mobility issues.

You will join the team of professional, friendly and supportive care assistants in the daily running of the home.

- Completing daily routines
- Personal care
- Assisting residents in their daily activities
- Filling out company paperwork
- Some housekeeping responsibilities

- Have two employment references, one of which must be from a care setting
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
- Have a minimum of 6 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
