A secondary school in Brent is looking for a Sixth Form Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is full time role, a term time only + 2 weeks, to start ASAP

The school is one of the top performing schools in the country, and over 80% of its Sixth Form students last year secured places at a Russell Group University.

The school is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Sixth Form Administrator to join their growing office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an high-performing team with plenty of opportunity for career progression.

The role will involve:

- Managing and taking ownership of the administration of the sixth form, with approx.. 100 students
- To be the school’s UCAS officer, responsible for all aspects of UCAS administration and deadlines
- To administer the 6th form visits programme for offer-holders, and prospective students
- In consultation with relevant staff, to arrange work experience and the whole school and sixth form speakers programme
- To administer Sixth Form events including evenings, awards evenings and other Sixth Form events as required.
- To be the first point of contact with students, parents and external agencies; supporting the Head of Sixth Form and KS5 Tutors

Pinnacle Learning Compliance Requirements:

- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- 2x professional references
- CV covering 10 year employment or education history and all employment breaks must be explained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
