**Job Summary**

The Head of Production will manage the day-to-day running of the production department and oversee company
- projects_. They will be responsible for ensuring successful production processes, project governance, timely delivery of
- projects_, and continual improvement of their processes, methods, and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day running of the production department and oversee company _projects_.
- Collate and organize qualitative feedback from different sources.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with the production team to keep_ projects _on pace.
- Track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of company _projects_.
- Provide reports on key statistics and metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- Receive, advise on, and assess company-wide risks from the production group to the SLT.
- Define the scope of new _projects_: create roadmaps and timelines, establish key deliverables and milestones, set_ development _strategies and budgets.
- Decide on long-term_ development _schedules and influence company direction.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience within a Head of Production role or equivalent.
- Experience managing multiple full-cycle_ projects _as lead producer/head of production on at least one commercially released game.
- Experience leading and providing feedback to a team in a similar role.
- Experience creating roadmaps, budgets, key deliverables, and milestones for new game dev _projects_.
- Strong eye for detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding and passion for games and their _development_.
