**The Job**

You’ll join the senior leadership team as a strategic, analytical and hands-on Vice President of Sales. Reporting to the President, you’ll assume primary responsibility for driving our growth, leaning on your proven track record of scaling businesses from £10m to £50m ARR.

**What you will do**
As a proven B2B SaaS software sales leader, you’ll quickly assimilate institutional knowledge, augment it with your own
**research and analysis of markets, trends, customers and competitors**, whilst you formulate, communicate and execute an
**aggressive revenue growth strategy and clear plan to meet and exceed sales goals** across multiple products, diverse markets and varied go-to-market strategies.

You’ll quickly maximise the existing sales [and account management] strategy, team, processes and tactics as you battle to
**run and deliver front-line sales** as we transition to new markets and growth opportunities. The first phase of your mission will involve
**getting your hands dirty as VP, Director, Manager and Top Seller, all rolled into one**. As you learn, optimise and
**prove scale** through repeatability over your first 3-12 months, you’ll
**unlock additional investment** to evolve and scale the sales function.

Working closely with marketing and other GTM stakeholders, you’ll define and collaborate on
**strategy and tactics throughout the buyer journey** to optimise: positioning, value, and messaging; ICP definition and targeting, including ABM; lead qualification and conversion; and affiliate and partner enablement. We’ll also rely on you
**play a lead role for our brand and products** in TMBOFU activities, from thought leadership webinars and video assets, to speaking slots at global events.

You’ll take primary responsibility for
**maximising lead to customer conversion by delivering scalable engagement throughout the sales cycle**, exposed through always-up-to-date KPIs, Metrics and Forecasts - your numbers will define you. As well as building and evolving a
**trackable, bullet-proof, scientifically backed and highly automated sales process **for you and your team - using scripts, templates, sequences and more - you’ll strive for demo excellence and an exceptional experience for everything beyond, enabling you to motivate prospects and close our biggest deals, as well as shape and iterate GTM and product trajectories based on what you learn.

From day one, you’ll be keen to recruit your future team as you unlock and prove scalable revenue growth.
**You’ll excel at identifying, nurturing, acquiring and retaining talent** at every level of the sales organisation, and have a talented network to cultivate when the time is right.
