This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join a leading regulatory body.
Reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will support hiring managers with recruitment campaigns and assist with the implementation of a new applicant tracking system. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Developing job descriptions, writing adverts agreeing campaign schedules
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Systems & Services Manager with the implementation of the iTrent applicant tracking system
- Developing and implementing ATS user guides including training for hiring managers
- Leading on process improvements to meet evolving business needs with an emphasis on driving inclusion and diversity outcomes
You should be an experienced Recruitment Advisor with a track record of working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience of iTrent would be ideal. You need to have experience of managing recruitment campaigns from end to end, liaising closely with hiring managers, identifying the most appropriate talent attraction methods and of direct sourcing. Ideally you will have experience of working on projects.
