**Salary - £ 33,400-£41,800 (+£750 Car Allowance) per annum - depending on skills and experience.**

**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a full timeLegal Property Coordinators based in Gloucester on a 37 hours per week,

Part of this role will require you to travel to the Gloucester Office.

You will manage legal queries that we receive such as Deed of Releases, Licences, Easements, Rights of Way, Deed of Rectifications, Deed of Variation and managing the after sales for Disposal Properties.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.**

**About you**

Experience in Social Housing is desirable but not essential.

You will have experience in Right to Buy and Right to Acquire. This will also include experience administering Deed of Releases, Licences, Easements, Rights of Way, Deed of Rectifications, Deed of Variation.

Knowledge of the Property Market and conveyancing process would be beneficial.

You will understand legal contracts and documents. This will include having excellent written and oral communications skills.
